CDT Audio,Inc. Warrants the product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:
1. For a period of ONE (1) year from date of purchase, CDT Audio will pay all labor charges to repair a defective product. After ONE (1) year period, purchaser must pay for all labor charges. You have the option to extended warranty to a 5 year time warranty at the cost of $10.00 per item.
2. In addition, CDT Audio will supply at no charge, new rebuilt part(s) for defective part(s) for a period of ONE (1) year from original date of purchase. After ONE (1) year period, purchaser must pay for all parts charges. You have the option to extended the warranty to a 5 year time warranty at the cost of $10.00 per item.
Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipt, from an authorized CDT Audio dealer, which is evidence that the unit is within the warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service.
To obtain warranty service, you must ship the product in the original or equivalent packaging, or deliver the product prepaid, to a CDT Audio authorized dealer. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, due to acts of God, accidents, tampering, modification, misuse, poor, improper, or careless professional installation, abuse or negligence to this product.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT OF THE MANUFACTURER. CDT AUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENTION NOT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN SCOPE TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

Extended 5 year warranty:
You have the option to extend the above 1 year warranty to last for 5 years at the cost of $10.00
The warranty does not cover abuse, careless installation and normal wear and tear of this product.
The cost for above mentioned extended 5 year time warranty is: $10.00.
If you desire to extend the warranty to a 5 year warranty, please select the 5 year warranty option above the price listing for each item on the "add to cart" purchase button.
A warranty card for the 5 year extended warranty will be sent to you with the product shipped to you. Sign this card and send it back to CDT Audio,Inc. for validation.
